TERMS: All orders must be approved before production will begin. A proof will be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you for approval prior to printing. Please check for any spelling errors or incorrect information. Proofs must be signed and returned. No product will print without a signed proof.
PHOTOS: For optimum results, send a standard 4" X 6" (or larger) photo. If you are sending digital photos (e-mail, etc.) be sure that the resolution is at least 200 dpi. You may want to send more than one photo to ensure quality. Do not alter your photos or cut them down. Customer assumes full responsibility for quality of photo and the effect it may have on their final product. All photos will be returned with printed materials.
NOTE: A signed photo release must accompany your order if using a professional photographer. Call to obtain a photo release form if needed.
PAYMENT:
Acceptable forms of payment are Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Credit Card. We utilize PayPal as our Payment Processor.
